is a growing, all-women obstetrics and gynecology practice in Jacksonville, FL. We provide high-quality, compassionate care to women at every stage of life—and we are expanding our billing team to support our continued growth. Position Summary The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in OB/GYN billing, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Prepare and submit insurance claims for Commercial, HMO, and Medicare plans. Apply accurate CPT and ICD-10 coding for OB/GYN services. Post charges, payments, and adjustments. Review and resolve claim denials efficiently. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support smooth revenue cycle operations. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of medical billing experience (OB/GYN experience strongly preferred). Strong knowledge of medical coding and payer requirements. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Professional and dependable work ethic. Certification (CPC, CMRS, or similar) preferred but not required.
