SENIOR MEDICAL BILLER / ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

. We are looking for a conscientious, knowledgable, and hands on individual to join our team with extensive claim processing knowledge and ECW expertise. Responsibilities include effectively working current A/R, as well as ensuring clean claim submissions. Services include office visits, procedures, surgeries, medications, etc.

Responsibilities:

Timely A/R follow up Denials, rejections, appeals Claim scrubbing/ claim denials Revenue cycle oversight Posting electronic and manual as needed Lead, coach, guide staff to maximize receivables Perform regular audits Communicate with patients as needed Keep up to date with Urology billing guidelines etc Qualifications required: Excellent knowledge of the Revenue Cycle and Medical Billing Excellent knowledge of A/R follow up, appeals, denials Excellent knowledge of medical insurances Excellent knowledge of EClinical Works software Excellent organizational skills Leadership, coaching skills Self-starter, proactive, takes initiative Excellent computer knowledge Great communication skills Reliable and trustworthy Full time position. Five (5) years of experience in Medical A/R Billing is required. Excellent compensation for the right individual. Background and Drug testing is mandatory.
