Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Charge & Payment Poster to join our Vision Care Revenue Cycle team. This role is responsible for accurately posting charges, payments, and adjustments for routine and medical vision services to ensure proper revenue capture and patient account accuracy. Responsibilities Post charges, payments, and adjustments in accordance with verified insurance coverage Reconcile daily transactions and resolve discrepancies Collaborate with insurance verification and billing teams to prevent denials Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR/practice management system Assist in resolving posting-related inquiries from staff or patients Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent ( Associate's degree preferred, but relevant experience acceptable ) 3-5 years of healthcare posting experience , preferably in vision care Proficiency in CPT and ICD-10 coding for vision services Knowledge of commercial and government insurance plans Experience with vision insurance preferred Familiarity with EMR/practice management systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
