Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented biller to join our team at Marcotte Medical Group. As a Biller, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing medical claims and invoices, ensuring timely reimbursement for services rendered. You will work closely with our medical staff and insurance providers to resolve any billing issues and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. Your work will directly impact the financial success of our organization and the satisfaction of our patients.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in medical billing or related field Certification in medical billing codes and terminology Knowledge of eClinicalWorks software Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in medical billing in family practice or internal medicine Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

Charge entry, answering patient questions, checking eligibility, working rejects and denials Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records Provide excellent customer service to patients and other representative

Skills:

As a Biller, you will use your knowledge of medical billing codes and terminology, to accurately and efficiently process medical claims and invoices.
