Schedule:

Full-time, on-site, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. What You'll Do Handle billing and coding for patient visits and procedures Collect outstanding account balances Follow up with insurance companies and patients on open accounts Submit authorizations through insurance websites and portals Keep current on payer requirements and policy changes Review EOBs and payer correspondence to identify zero-pays and underpayments Take collection actions and resolve complex accounts Prepare documentation to support collection actions What You'll Bring 2+ years of experience in medical accounts receivable Experience managing the full revenue cycle for a private medical practice Charge entry experience (required) Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans Familiarity with insurance websites and authorization forms Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Compensation & Benefits [Pay range, $23 - 26 per hour.
