OneStaff Medical is seeking a CAC Medical Biller to support accurate, timely billing for traveling clinicians nationwide. In this role, you'll verify benefits, prepare and submit claims, post payments, and resolve denials while ensuring full HIPAA and payer compliance. You'll partner closely with recruiters, accounting, and healthcare facilities to keep revenue flowing smoothly. Responsibilities Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits for traveling clinicians and assignments. Prepare, submit, and track clean claims to government and commercial payers. Accurately post payments, adjustments, and refunds in billing systems. Research and resolve claim denials, underpayments, and billing discrepancies. Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and protect sensitive patient information. Collaborate with recruiters, accounting, and facility contacts to resolve billing issues. Monitor aging reports and follow up consistently on outstanding balances. Document all billing activities and communications clearly and accurately.
