Progressive Spine & Orthopaedics is seeking an experienced medical billing professional to join our revenue cycle team!

What You'll Do:

Manage full billing lifecycle for Neuro Spine, Orthopedic & Podiatry services Focus on commercial insurance & out-of-network (OON) reimbursement Handle complex claim appeals, denials & payment negotiations Research discrepancies & optimize surgical claim reimbursements Generate detailed reports on collections performance

What We Need:

3-5 years medical billing experience (specialty surgery required) Strong knowledge of

ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS

coding OON billing & EOB interpretation expertise Excellent negotiation & communication skills Proficiency in medical billing software & MS Excel HIPAA compliance knowledge
