We specialize in podiatry medical billing and are looking for someone who understands the full billing process and can confidently work claims from submission through payment. Podiatry experience preferred but not required. Minimum of 3 years of billing experience required. Front desk check in/out is not billing experience. Responsibilities Submit and review insurance claims Work rejections, denials, and unpaid claims Follow up on insurance A/R Review EOBs and claim status Correct and resubmit claims when needed Research billing and insurance issues Document account follow-up clearly Qualifications Minimum 3 years of medical billing experience Strong knowledge of insurance billing with CPT codes, ICD-10 codes, modifiers and A/R follow-up, payment posting from insurance companies and patients. Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance Comfortable working in EHR and billing systems Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Able to research problems and follow them through to resolution Podiatry experience is a plus, but not required. Experience with EHR/PM systems such as Tebra/Kareo, eClinicalWorks (eCW), VeradigmPractice Fusion Veracity/AllegianceMD, ModMed, RXNT, or similar systems is a plus. Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
