Job Description
Nassau Psychology is a vibrant, growing, private group practice with locations in Queens and Nassau County. We are seeking a full-time administrative assistant who demonstrate the heart and skills needed to help our valued clients and who want to be a part of a flourishing team.
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION
- Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Process referrals and schedule client appointments
- Verify insurance benefits and process coordination of insurance benefits
- Creating and submitting insurance claims, payment posting
- Batch invoicing and billing
- Process ERAs and EOBs
- Follow up on claim denials and appeals
- Account Receivable follow up
- Enter new client data, processing forms
- Retrieve, send and process e-mails
- Answer phone calls
- Complete faxing/scanning tasks
