Job Description

Leading midtown dialysis center seeking medical biller/collector. 3 Plus years experience a must. Dialysis experience preferred. Competitive salary, excellent benefits.
Job Functions:
Collection of accounts with the objective of achieving and maintaining the current status for all assigned accounts. Filing insurance claims to all third party payors Inputting accounts receivable data in house computer system Electronic submission of claims and adjustments to Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, and other insurers. Maintaining Medicare bad debt worksheets in Excel. Manually posting accounts receivable payments into house computer system. Knowledge of the accounts receivable TIME system a plus Other duties and responsibilities as directed.

$28.00 - $37.00 per hour
