) Specialist / Medical Biller to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing medical billing processes, resolving insurance denials, and ensuring accurate reimbursement for services rendered. Your expertise will help streamline revenue cycle operations, improve cash flow, and enhance patient satisfaction through precise billing and effective communication with insurance providers. Responsibilities Review and analyze medical claims to identify reasons for denials or delays in payment. Utilize knowledge of DRG (Diagnosis-Related Group), CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) coding, ICD-9, ICD-10, and ICD coding systems to ensure accurate claim submissions. Resubmit corrected claims and follow up on outstanding payments with insurance companies to expedite reimbursement. Maintain detailed records of all billing activities, including appeals, correspondence, and resolution status updates. Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance representatives to clarify billing issues and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Use billing software, EMR (Electronic Medical Records), EHR (Electronic Health Records), and healthcare claims management systems to process claims accurately. Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries related to billing and insurance coverage promptly and professionally. Qualifications Proven experience in medical billing, medical coding, or healthcare claims management within a medical office setting. Strong understanding of

DRG, CPT

coding, ICD-9, ICD-10, ICD coding, and medical terminology. Familiarity with medical collection processes and health insurance policies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications along with experience using billing software and EMR/EHR systems. Knowledge of healthcare claims management procedures and medical records documentation standards. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyze complex billing issues accurately. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients.
