ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS

level II codes and Revenue codes. Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payer, and regulatory guidelines Perform coding edits and resolve claim issues to support timely reimbusement. Collaborate and communicate professionally with providers, clinical staff to obtain appropriate documentation and coding clarification. Identify missed charges, coding discrepancies, and revenue opportunities while maintaining compliance. Support denial prevention efforts by identifying trends and recommending corrective actions. Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks established by the organization. Participate in coding audits, education, and continuous process improvement initiatives. Stay current with coding updates, payer policies, and industry best practices.
