We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Insurance Biller to join our growing chiropractic clinic with multiple locations. This is a full-time position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about getting claims processed accurately and efficiently.

IN OFFICE ONLY. NO REMOTE BILLING

Responsibilities include: Submitting and tracking insurance claims Handling rejections and corrections promptly Verifying patient eligibility and benefits Managing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) billing Working closely with front desk and clinical staff to ensure accurate coding and documentation Overseeing all insurance-related operations

Qualifications:

Proven experience in chiropractic or medical billing Deep knowledge of insurance processes and terminology Familiarity with electronic claim submission systems Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of the billing cycle

Minimum Qualifications:
