Key Responsibilities:

Assists with insurance accounts receivable (AR) management for physician claims Monitors outstanding balances Reviews reports including but not limited to clearinghouse rejections, claims denial tasks, and AR aging reports Contacts payers to research claim status, notes accounts and follows up

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in a medical billing office or similar Experience with patient or customer collections Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance standards Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and independently Dedication to providing exceptional patient care and service
