Job Summary Bilingual treatment and coordinator We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Insurance & treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic dental practice team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary liaison between patients, insurance companies, and the dental office to ensure smooth and efficient processing of dental insurance claims, benefits verification, and medical billing. Your expertise will help maximize patient benefits, streamline administrative workflows, and uphold accurate medical records. Duties bilingual Must Minimum of 5 year experience with dental office (Insurance verification and treatment cordinator) Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to ensure accurate billing and claims processing Dentrix ascend software plus. Follow up on outstanding claims and manage medical collections to optimize revenue flow Maintain detailed medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and documentation standards Collaborate with dental staff to clarify treatment plans and insurance coverage details for patients Stay updated on changes in insurance policies, coding guidelines, and billing procedures to ensure accuracy Assist patients with understanding their benefits, co-pays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket expenses related to dental procedures Qualifications Proven experience in medical office administration with a focus on dental insurance billing and coding. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medical coding, and medical billing processes Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems used in dental or healthcare settings Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for managing medical records and billing documentation Ability to communicate clearly with patients, insurance providers, and team members in a professional manner Knowledge of ICD coding standards and experience handling medical collections is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to evolving healthcare regulations and insurance policies Join us as a Dental Insurance Coordinator where your skills will directly impact patient care experiences while supporting the financial health of our practice.
