Join our supportive and happy team in our open floor plan clinic. There is potential for advancement to managing the clinic. You will have back office medical billing support, but will be responsible for patient communication, benefits checking, and explanations, reviewing patient accounts, collecting co-pays and invoices, AI is time saving, but it can also make a lot of mistakes so you will also be examining the decisions that AI has made and correcting them, you are also responsible for patients schedules, scheduling quality, ensuring full plans of care have been met.
