Medical Assistant / Esthetician (Part-Time) Oasis Haven Restorative Aesthetics is seeking two passionate Medical Assistants , preferably with Esthetician licenses , to join our growing medical spa team. This is a part-time position with availability of 1-2 days per week . As a new and expanding business, there is strong potential for full-time opportunities in the future . The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of skincare treatments and services, a genuine passion for aesthetics, and a commitment to delivering exceptional, concierge-level guest experiences. In this role, you will be instrumental in client care, treatment support, and retail education while helping foster a warm, professional, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Assist with front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and client record management using Boulevard software Provide outstanding guest service by creating a welcoming environment and proactively addressing client needs If you have an esthetician license - HydraFacials, chemical peels , body treatments and promotion of medical-grade skincare Educate clients on treatments and recommend appropriate retail products to enhance and maintain results Educate clients on GLP injections, take vitals. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper sanitation of treatment rooms and common areas Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction Stay current with industry trends, treatments, and best practices in medical aesthetics Deliver a warm, professional patient experience while maintaining concierge-level service standards Perform patient check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling Manage patient communications, including follow-up calls, procedure reminders, and care coordination Prepare and process intake forms, consent documents, and clinical questionnaires Maintain accurate and timely patient charting and medical records Qualifications Valid Esthetician License in the state of practice (preferred) Valid Medical Assistant certification
CMA, RMA
, or equivalent certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in guest services, sales, or upselling preferred Proficiency with scheduling software, particularly Boulevard Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and ongoing professional development Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturday as needed Pay is based off of experience and education.
