Job Description
Opening for part-time office assistant at law office in Sonoma, California, to assist with estate planning, trust and probate administration matters. Pay commensurate with experience.
Tasks will include:
- Scanning/Copying/Filing
- General Clerical Duties
Correspondence:
composing and preparing routine correspondence- Assist with client meetings
- E-Filing court documents
- Submit documents/forms to County Assessor-Clerk-Recorder office
- Open/Close and maintain files
- Maintain inventory and order office supplies
- Greet clients, answer phone, return calls
- Special projects assigned by attorney according to work load and skill level
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Typing and word processing proficiency
- Good communication skills
- Legal or related administrative experience preferred
