Lead Orthodontic Chairside Assistant Level II License Required

We are seeking a Lead Orthodontic Chairside Assistant who is not only clinically skilled but also a strong team leader who can help drive efficiency, accountability, and excellence within our clinic. Position Overview This is a key leadership role within our clinical team. The ideal candidate is an experienced orthodontic assistant with a DC Level II Dental Assistant License , a minimum of 5 years of orthodontic chairside experience , and a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams .
