Zeigler Subaru of Schererville Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for processing and managing vehicle titles and related documents, requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and process title documents for vehicles in compliance with state regulations Verify accuracy of paperwork, including VIN numbers, lien releases, and ownership details. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of title applications. Communicate with customers, lienholders and DMV offices to resolve title issues. Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
