Job Description:

We are seeking an active Licensed Real Estate Agent in Michigan to join our team as a dedicated Showing Assistant & Field Inspector . This role is ideal for a newly licensed or active agent looking for reliable, guaranteed weekly income while gaining deep, hands-on experience evaluating residential investment properties across the Detroit market. You will not be prospecting, chasing leads, or managing buyer negotiations. Your sole focus is field operations: conducting scheduled MLS lockbox showings, recording standardized video walkthroughs, and completing quick property condition checklists for our active investor buyers. Key Responsibilities Tour 6-10 pre-scheduled residential properties per day across Detroit neighborhoods. Open MLS lockboxes (SentriLock / Supra / Combo) via official board access. Record continuous, 3-5 minute raw video walkthroughs (interior/exterior) and upload them to a shared drive. Document key mechanical and structural items using a standardized mobile checklist (roof condition, furnace, water heater, electrical panel, plumbing, and foundation). Verify property security (ensure all doors/windows are locked upon exit).

Requirements & Qualifications License:

Active Michigan Real Estate Salesperson License (Required).

MLS Access:

Active member of Realcomp / local board with active lockbox app access.

Transportation:

Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license (Required — gas/travel is self-provided).

Technology:

Smartphone with a quality camera, ample storage, and high-speed data for uploading video walkthroughs.

Punctuality & Communication:

Dependable, responsive, and able to follow route itineraries efficiently.
