They will also be responsible for storing, delivering, conducting and maintaining an ongoing itemized inventory of all supplies throughout the facility including stocking of office supplies, forms and clothing. They will work with administration to order jail supplies. Additional duties involve laundry service responsible for laundering all jail uniforms, bedding and linen and any incoming clothing which is brought into the facility in an unsanitary condition. They will oversee trustees assigned to laundry services. This individual will maintain the Correctional Facility property room. They will be responsible for receiving and storing personal clothing and property of inmates booked into the facility. Storing the inmate's personal clothing and property in an organized and secure manner. They will also be issuing clothing to the inmates and returning personal clothes and property when the inmate is released. Selected candidate(s) are subject to detailed personal, work and criminal background investigation and drug screen. The successful candidate must be of sound character and demonstrate a responsible work history.

Schedule:

Will work a rotating schedule consisting of 1st and 2nd shifts, weekends and holidays. Minimum Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent. Must have working knowledge of inventory management and inventory control procedures. Requires basic computer literacy. This position requires the ability to communicate positively with individuals from widely diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
