ISABELLA COUNTY TRIAL COURT DEPUTY CLERK II
Starting wage : $19.04 per hour plus comprehensive fringe benefit package Minimum requirements: High school graduation or equivalent. Three years of general clerical experience, preferably in a court or related legal setting. Equivalent combination of training, education and experience that provides the required skills and abilities may be considered.
General summary of duties:
Performs a variety of the more complex tasks involved in processing of traffic, civil, and criminal cases. Prepares an assortment of court documents and enters case information in the computer system. Processes general civil, small claims and landlord/tenant cases, includes reviewing, processing and filing documents as required. Assists with processing all District Court criminal matters. Works with the public, attorneys and local agencies.
