Title Researcher

All County Title Company is seeking a full-time title researcher to be part of our team in Troy, Missouri. All County Title Company is a full-service real estate/construction escrow company assisting Buyers and Sellers with their real estate transaction needs.

Job duties include:

conducting title searches on real estate, reviewing deed records, tax records, reviewing judgments. communicating with customers. Other various tasks as well as other office duties as required. The successful applicant will be detailed oriented, professional, organized, have the ability to work well in a team environment, will be a self-starter, and can take direction. The successful applicant will work closely with the title company manager, as well as the Title Company's attorney. The successful candidate will have a Title Producer License issued by the Missouri Department of Insurance or will have a temporary license with a requirement that a full license will be obtained within 90 days of hire date. This position is a full-time salaried position with benefits. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and a retirement plan. Work hours are generally between 8am to 5pm. A resume and cover letter explaining your work and/or education history and your long-term goals are required to be provided if applying. The successful candidate will be required to provide past-work references, pass a drug screening and criminal background check.
