JEFFERSON COUNTY
- Administrative Clerk for District Court. This position is a permanent, part-time (20 hours/week) position with the District Court. Position requires knowledge of Montana District Court procedures, Understanding of accounting principles, routine office tasks and ability to write legibly Communicate effectively Skill in the use of various office machines and extensive Microsoft Word experience. Knowledge of "fullcourt" preferred but not required. Requires the ability to perform duties in a professional and technical manner requiring attention to accuracy and time sensitivity. Must maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information. Position will answer phones, perform data entry, file and keep a variety of records and documents. Hourly pay is $20.58/hour. Resume, cover letter and county applications must be provided. Position will remain open until filled. County applications are available on the Jefferson County web-site at jeffersoncounty-mt, from the Clerk of District Court or the HR Department at (406) 225-4010.
