Job Description
Montana's Best Casinos is looking for a motivated and outgoing Lounge Attendant to join our team. We immediately create a comfortable, fun environment for our guests to enjoy. We take great pride in knowing every one of our guests by name, along with knowing and taking care of all their needs without them even having to ask. We are service aficionados. As a Lounge Attendant, you will:
- provide exceptional customer service primarily based out of the liquor store and groundskeeping.
Assist in the following areas:
checking in vendors, stocking shelves, putting away stock, breaking down boxes and disposing of them, storage room upkeep, rotating stock, interior/exterior maintenance, and appearance, along with other site-specific duties set by the location manager.- be responsible for outside appearance including lights, snow removal, weeks, landscaping, and trash, and deep clean any areas in and on the property as assigned.
- listen and handle customer complaints, report complaints to supervisors, answer and screen phone calls, and maintain company, customer, and employee confidentiality at all times.
- assist in handling disruptive customers in a professional manner, have the ability to properly document incidents on an incident report, and check identification of customers to verify age requirement of purchase of alcohol.
- greet customers, suggestive sell, have knowledge of product offers, and help customers find the right products.
- advise the manager of any personnel situations or policy violations having an adverse effect on liquor store operating performance, communicate with the manager on products that need to be ordered, and order or requisition liquors and supplies.
- keep register area clean, organized, and free of debris, fill and carry bags of ice from icemaker to merchandiser, stock and receive liquor store products and supplies, clean restrooms, and dust, clean floors, windows, and empty trash cans.
- follow safety guidelines and use PPE (personal protective equipment) according to guidelines, use a ladder, shovel snow sweep parking lots and sidewalks, and understand how to use a fire extinguisher and other safety equipment.
