Job Description
The Village of Bosque Farms Municipal Court Hiring a Court Clerk/Assistant Records Clerk This position involves customer service, and providing a wide variety of technical, legal, bookkeeping services in the daily running of the Village of Bosque Farms Municipal Court. Experience with Full Court System is preferred but not necessary. Must have an ability to maintain accurate, organized records including processing and filing documents. Must assist in courtroom operations including preparing the courtroom for hearings. Must be able to count money, balance daily, and monthly statements. Must be able to work independently, remember, and follow directions. Must maintain professional demeanor and develop a working relationship with other Court Employees and employees of the Village of Bosque Farms. Must be able to pass a background check. High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree or certification in records management is preferred. To submit an application, please submit it to the court.
