Advanced Practice Injection Specialist Reports to: General Manager, Director/Regional Manager, Medical Director (if applicable)
Job Summary:
The Injection Specialist is responsible for cleaning and treating clients' facial skin, and providing and recommending appropriate professional services and products specialized to individual clients' needs.
Job Accountabilities:
Demonstrates to client how to wash and clean skin properly. Recommends appropriate skincare regiments. Sanitizes tools, equipment, and work area. Actively seeks to learn new techniques. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. State regulatory compliance. Provides injectables per medical code guidelines. (Botox, Fillers) Recommends and sells appropriate homecare products and services; minimum sales quotas must be met. Performs light cleaning duties including, but not limited to sweeping, mopping, general cleaning of toilet facilities, dishwashing, and laundry. Educates clients regarding procedures; obtains proper informed consent and history for procedures as required. Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems, and follows up with clients. Ensures full customer satisfaction. Maintains friendly, helpful demeanor. Provides professional, knowledgeable, and courteous customer service. Monitors for shoplifting. Refers customer complaints to management. Maintains, sanitizes, and cares for all professional equipment, following manufacturer's instructions. Keeps treatment rooms clean and fully stocked. Complies with all company and department policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. Assists with marketing efforts.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum Education:
Advanced Practice Licensure as a
Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Registered Nurse Minimum Experience:
1 year in injectables
Certifications:
Appropriate and up-to date certification and professional licensure is required.

Coordination and fine motor skills Finger dexterity General flexibility to move around and about room to provide required provider services Time management Steadiness Listening skills Analyzes and assists Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute Superior time management Takes initiative and solves problems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Presents oneself, as well as the company, in a professional manner Knowledge of applicable laws, policies, and principles, etc. Proficient in the use of the company computer and corresponding programs Attention to detail Interpersonal and customer service skills
Pay:
$38.00 - $45.00 per hour
