Court Supervisor Queen City Sportsplex Cincinnati, OH Job Details Part-time From $15 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications Venue safety and compliance management Sanitation Schedule management Venue risk management Clean workspace maintenance Full Job Description Job Overview The Basketball Court Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of court activities at Queen City Sportsplex. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily court schedule, managing court setup and teardown, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for all facility users. Key Responsibilities •
Court Schedule :
Monitor and manage the daily court schedule as posted online by the Director of Court Operations. Ensure that clients are directed to their designated courts and assist with any scheduling conflicts or inquiries. •
Setup and Teardown :
Prepare courts for various activities by setting up and tearing down volleyball and basketball equipment as needed. This includes adjusting net heights, installing or removing barriers, and ensuring equipment is in proper working order. •
Facility Maintenance and Cleaning :
o Perform general cleaning of the courts and surrounding areas, including sweeping floors, disposing of trash, and sanitizing high-traffic areas. o Dust mopping courts daily. o Inspect basketball nets daily and replace them if needed. o Ensure courts and equipment are maintained to the highest standards for safe and enjoyable use. •
Client Assistance :
Act as the on-site point of contact for clients, assisting with questions and providing guidance on court usage and facility rules. •
Safety and Compliance :
Monitor court areas for potential safety hazards and report issues to the Director of Court Operations. Ensure all facility protocols are followed to maintain a safe environment. Working Hours The position may require evening and weekend shifts, based on facility hours and court bookings.

From $15.00 per hour
