About the Role As a Title Assistant I, you'll be the backbone of our title operations—supporting the Title Officer and team with research, documentation, and customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the real estate or title industry. What You'll Do Research property titles to verify ownership and identify encumbrances. Review and analyze title documents such as deeds and liens. Prepare and maintain accurate title documentation. Organize and file records in accordance with company procedures. Perform administrative tasks like data entry, scanning, and document prep. Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders. Prepare title packages and assist with posting and locator duties. Support deliveries and recording tasks as needed. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). A customer-first mindset and a willingness to learn.
