This role involves preparing, repairing, and surfacing tennis courts (new and old) to professional standards. Responsibilities Inspect courts for cracks and surface damage, Clean, repair and prepare surface, Apply acrylic coatings, color, and stripe lines correctly, Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols, Communicate with clients, managers and site supervisors as needed Requirements Experience resurfacing tennis courts (preferred), Ability to perform physical outdoor work in various weather conditions, Valid driver's license, Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship, Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends (if needed) Travel is required mainly Monday-Friday. Company provides hotel and a meal allowance. 1 or more years working outdoors in construction.
