Department Business Administration Position Type Non-Exempt Employment Status Part-Time Salary $18.00 per hour Open Date 11/14/2025 Close Date Open Until Filled Yes Position Summary Information Job Description Summary The purpose of this position is to assist instructors with dictation of question-and-answer scenarios at various speeds. The position will aid the instructor with marking, preparing, and dictating scripts to promote the learning experience for court reporting students. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to accurately and convincingly maintain a specified character as trained. Ability to work flexible hours on a scheduled on-call basis. Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to understand and follow directions and incorporate trainer feedback. Experience with software programs and Microsoft Office Suite. Complete assignments accurately and with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Special Instructions to Applicants This is a security-sensitive position.
