Responsibilities Lot Management:

Keep the lot organized/ clean and well-maintained. Ensure that all vehicles are properly displayed and secured.

Vehicle Preparation:

Assist with the preparation of new and used vehicles for delivery and/or service customers. This includes washing/fueling and performing basic inspections.

Inventory Support:

Help with the intake and processing of new inventory Assist in tracking and documenting vehicle movements.

Customer Assistance:

Provide a friendly and helpful presence on the lot. Assist customers with basic inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales or service personnel.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure that all safety protocols are followed. including proper handling of vehicles and adherence to dealership policies. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others Ability to lift 25 to 50 lbs. occasionally Unrestricted Motorcycle endorsement strongly preferred Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and inviting dealership environment Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification upon employment
