General Public - G Additional Detail Job Duties The Deputy Clerk is assigned operational responsibilities and ensures court's instructions are executed and legal papers are prepared with accuracy and in accordance with appropriate policies and procedures. Must provide excellent customer service in person and by phone. This position has no benefits. 20 hours per week. Pay rate is $15.00 per hour. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Filing, data entry, answering phone inquiries, and counter assistance. Minimum Qualifications The most competitive candidates will possess: High school diploma or equivalent required; business courses preferred. Requires knowledge and skills of general office operations and procedures (i.e., typing, filing, data entry, and receipting payments). Verbal and written communications skills; automated records and word processing experience a plus.
