Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic Office Manager with Bookkeeping skills to support daily administrative construction operations within our group of companies. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations, including front desk duties, electronic filing systems, travel arrangements, cost tracking, basic bookkeeping, equipment maintenance recordkeeping and compliance. Skills Proven experience in office management combined with bookkeeping expertise Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail in filing, record keeping, and schedule management. Excellent communication skills—professional phone etiquette and clear interpersonal interactions are essential. Knowledge of human resources processes including onboarding, training & development, and employee relations Familiarity with construction related administrative tasks is a plus. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
