Keep the office running like a well-oiled machine—answering phones, scheduling jobs, managing calendars, and supporting the team. Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with a warm, professional presence (you set the tone!). Handle data entry, file management, and documentation with superhero-level accuracy. Assist with billing, invoices, timecards, and other administrative tasks. Support field technicians and leadership with logistics, communication, and coordination. Be the glue that holds the team together—anticipating needs, solving problems, and creating calm in the chaos.What You Bring:
2+ years in an administrative or office support role (bonus points if it's in construction, service, or fire protection). Excellent communication skills—phone, email, and face-to-face. A knack for staying organized and handling multiple priorities without breaking a sweat. Comfort with office software like Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and scheduling platforms.
