  • Degree Required $50,000+ Birmingham, AL Our client is looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Administrator to be the heartbeat of their daily operations.
In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for everything from greeting clients to ensuring the office remains efficient and professional. If you are a master of multitasking and enjoy keeping things running like a well-oiled machine, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities :
Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and manage general inquiries with professional flair. Coordinate complex schedules, book meetings, and manage travel arrangements for the team. Maintain office supplies, monitor inventory levels, and place orders before essential items run out. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, prepare documents, and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expenses while providing general administrative support to various departments.
Qualifications :
Have around 2 years of experience in an office administrative, secretarial, or similar professional role. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new software quickly. Utilize top-tier verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with staff and clients. Maintain a proactive "get it done" attitude with a high level of attention to detail and discretion. Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is considered a plus. At our clients' request, only individuals with required experience will be considered.
