Office Manager Athena Pest Control Birmingham, AL Job Details Full-time $45,000 - $55,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Paid holidays Paid time off Qualifications Operations management Administrative experience Organizational skills Clerical experience Office management Full Job Description Job Summary As our Office Manager, you will be the sole team member in our office and the central hub for all communication and coordination. You will manage daily activities, schedule appointments for our team of 3 pest control technicians, handle incoming calls and customer communications, and keep our operations running smoothly. This is a key role in the success of our company—you'll be the engine that keeps everything moving! Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications via phone, email, and text Manage scheduling for over 700 customers, coordinating efficiently with our 3 field technicians Handle all office operations including invoicing, data entry, and record-keeping Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care Support the owner and technicians with administrative needs Maintain organized digital and paper files Identify ways to improve efficiency and customer experience Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in office management practices and procedures. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with clients, vendors, and team members.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in office management or administrative support (pest control industry a plus, but not required) Exceptional communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Comfortable working independently and managing multiple responsibilities Proficient in office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar) Experience with scheduling software or CRM platforms a plus Why Join Us?
