Job Description
About the Position We are seeking an organized, dependable, and professional Office Manager to oversee our daily administrative operations and help keep our business running efficiently. This position plays an important role in supporting HR, payroll, accounting, and executive leadership while coordinating communication between office staff and our production departments. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and identify ways to improve office processes and procedures. Key Responsibilities Oversee HR & Payroll, Accounts Payable, Billing, and the Administrative Assistant Coordinate and organize daily office operations and administrative procedures Support payroll preparation and personnel-related functions Assist with recruiting, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for administrative positions Help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations Maintain accurate and organized physical and digital filing systems Support communication and workflow between administrative and production departments Serve as the primary point of contact for office and administrative staff Identify opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and organizational systems Handle confidential employee and company information with professionalism Support accounting and administrative functions as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of office administration experience preferred Knowledge of payroll and basic accounting principles Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers and clients in one-on-one and small-group settings Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to create and utilize organizational tools that improve processes and procedures Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys finding better ways to accomplish tasks.
