Overview Join our dynamic team as an Industrial Office Administrator, where you'll be at the heart of our operational success! This energetic role combines administrative excellence with team leadership, ensuring smooth office functions and efficient project coordination. In a one- person office, you'll manage a variety of tasks, from overseeing office processes to supporting vendor and client communications, all while fostering a positive and organized work environment. Duties Purchasing materials, tooling & supplies Direct contact with customers, suppliers and co-workers Working directly with sales representatives Maintaining production schedules Basic bookkeeping and data entry Work order generation and job tracking Telephone and inter-office communications Customer Service Requirements 5 years of experience in office administration or related roles within industrial or medical office environments. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience managing spreadsheets for data organization. Familiarity with Sage software is highly valued. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette for client interactions. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Experience handling confidential information with discretion and integrity. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and maintain technical proficiency across various office tools.
