Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to assist in overseeing the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phones , supporting staff, and maintaining a productive work environment. Responsibilities Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors and managing phone systems. Organize and maintain office files, ensuring easy access to important documents. Responsible for a broad scope of accounting and administrative duties. Support administrative staff and assist with office procedures. You will make calls and schedule appointments with our residential and commercial customers and complete general office work. Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Proficient in fostering a collaborative work environment. Knowledge of pest control is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations.
