The Business Office Manager/Human Resource Specialist works directly with all residents, family and employees. Responsible for the timely input of information within the accounting systems and the management office. Directly involved in the maintenance of trust accounting records, census information, medical billing, timely collection of accounts receivable from all payor sources, and resident accounts receivable statements. Requirements:
EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High-School Diploma or equivalency required. 2-4 years' related experience or combination of education and experience required. Skilled nursing experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outgoing and energetic personality. Ability to multi-task while being detail oriented. Intermediate computer skills. Experience with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
