Business Office Manager - Long Term Care Business Office Manager Lake Hamilton Health and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and motivated Business Office Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a team committed to providing exceptional care to our residents.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30

The Business Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business office, including resident accounts, billing processes, collections, admissions financial paperwork, and providing excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in long-term care, healthcare billing, or business office management preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office and business office software Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing is a plus
