Professional Lowell, AR 1st Shift - Part Time $19-22/Hour Job Details Our client is seeking a professional and organized Front Office Administrator/Recruiter to support daily office operations while assisting with recruiting and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. The Front Office Administrator/Recruiter will serve as an important point of contact for the office, helping coordinate schedules, maintain office materials, assist leadership, and support various administrative and recruiting activities. This position requires someone who is self-motivated, dependable, comfortable working with confidential information, and able to effectively switch between tasks throughout the day. Key Responsibilities
Perform general clerical and administrative duties, including answering phones and coordinating schedules.
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with scheduling coordination.
Print, organize, and prepare office materials and documents.
Assist the Vice President and leadership team with daily administrative tasks.
Proactively monitor executive obligations and anticipate administrative needs.
Prepare reports and gather information for the Vice President and his team.
Enter, retrieve, and organize information across multiple computer systems.
Assist with recruiting-related administrative tasks as needed.
Collaborate with various teams across the organization to coordinate information and complete projects.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Provide professional and courteous communication with employees, candidates, clients, and visitors.
Perform other administrative and recruiting duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage competing deadlines.
Self-motivated and able to transition between tasks effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
Intermediate data entry skills.
Ability to enter and extract data from multiple systems to create reports.
Typing speed of 50+ WPM.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team mentality.
Professional attitude and strong customer service skills.
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
