WHAT'S BREWING IN THIS
ROLE... As a People Technology Analyst, you'll help keep the systems behind our people experience running smoothly as 7 Brew grows. Your work will focus on supporting, maintaining, and improving Workday and connected People technology tools. You'll partner with teams across People, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Operations to turn business needs into practical, scalable system solutions. From configuring Workday business processes and security to troubleshooting integration issues, building reports, supporting payroll, and improving data quality, you'll play a key role in making our technology work better for the people who use it. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, digging into details, and creating dependable processes in a fast-moving environment.

ADD... Workday Administration & Configuration Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday functionality across HCM, Payroll, Security, Compensation, and related modules to meet evolving business and HR needs. Design, configure, test, and document Workday business processes, approvals, validations, notifications, and condition rules. Administer Workday security roles, groups, domains, and business process policies to maintain appropriate data access and controls. Lead or support Workday releases, enhancements, regression testing, and change-management activities. Maintain system documentation, configuration records, test scripts, process maps, and standard operating procedures. Integrations, Systems Support & Issue Resolution Support the broader people technology ecosystem, including E-Verify, DocuSign, benefits and vendor platforms, Genius point-of-sale time tracking, and connected financial systems. Monitor and support Workday integrations, troubleshoot errors, coordinate issue resolution, and partner with internal and external technical resources. Investigate system issues, identify root causes, and deliver timely, sustainable solutions. Monitor data quality across systems and partner with People, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Operations to resolve discrepancies and strengthen data-governance practices. Reporting, Payroll & Workforce Insights Build and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and data extracts that provide actionable workforce insights. Partner with Payroll to support accurate, timely payroll processing; troubleshoot system-related issues; and assist with audits and reconciliations. Provide day-to-day Workday administration and end-user support across core HR and payroll functionality.
MUST-HAVE
INGREDIENTS... Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 2+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience. Experience working across a variety of Workday functional areas, with the ability to support evolving business and People technology needs. Experience gathering requirements, evaluating options, and translating business needs into effective system solutions. Strong understanding of HR data, processes, and systems. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing organization. Why Join 7 Brew?
