Full-Time About Us Bill's Lock & Safe has been serving Central Arkansas for decades, providing residential, commercial, automotive, and safe locksmith services. We are looking for a dependable, organized Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day bookkeeping and office operations that keep our business running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys accounting, organization, customer service, and learning business operations. Responsibilities Daily cash drawer reconciliation for multiple departments Process cash, checks, credit card batches, and bank deposits Maintain Accounts Receivable (A/R) tracking and follow up on outstanding invoices Process incoming mail, customer payments, and deposits Review work orders and verify invoices Prepare daily and monthly bookkeeping reports File and organize accounting records Assist with customer service by phone and in person Coordinate paperwork between office staff and field technicians Maintain accurate spreadsheets and internal tracking logs Assist ownership with administrative and accounting tasks as needed Qualifications Previous bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration experience preferred Strong attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Excel Able to learn multiple software systems Organized and dependable Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks throughout the day Comfortable handling confidential financial information Software Experience (Required) Microsoft Excel QuickBooks NCR CounterPoint (or other Point-of-Sale software) (Preferred) Microsoft Office What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving problems, keeping records organized, and ensuring financial accuracy. This role requires someone who is dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while supporting the owner and service technicians.
