We are looking for a

Administrator you must have a can do attitude and be willing to multi-task multiple phone lines and duties you MUST have experience please do not apply if you do not meet these requirements! Tax Office Admin/Receptionist plays a vital role in the office. We are looking for someone who is Experienced, a fast learner, has the ability to multitask in fast paced environments, and has strong communication and people skills. This job position will be answering multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, and greeting clients as they come into the office for their appointments. Compiling client files, sending out completed returns, handling invoicing, heavy phones and emails. Must have prior Office Administration Experience This isFULL-TIME
position during the season andPART-TIME
outside of the season . Looking for someone dependable with a can do attitude, ideally to work the hours of 9-5 and then 9-2 but can be somewhat flexible outside of the busy season off season 25 hours a week. During the tax season hours to increase to be 40+ but remain less during the off season. IF you are a rockstar and can do more things hours can increase in the office season as well. Duties will include but are not limited to: Greet clients Answering multiple phone lines Scheduling and confirming of client appointments Appointment confirmations Provide administrative support to professional staff Misc. office duties as needed- light data entry, invoicing, mailing out items etc. Requirements and skills Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.) Proficient in English (oral and written) Knowledge of MS Office Knowledge of Google Calendar Good organizational and multitasking abilities Problem-solving skills Customer service orientation- Professional demeanor and appearance
