About Us Carefree Crystal Clear Pools is a family-owned business with over 40 years of experience providing top-quality pool cleaning, maintenance, and repairs. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly. This role is the hub of our business—connecting customers, technicians, and management. Position Overview The Office Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, manage customer communications, schedule service appointments, process work orders, and ensure smooth coordination between our Repair Technician, Tech Lead, and cleaning technicians. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping everything (and everyone) on track.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Customer Communication & Correspondence Work Order Management Scheduling Technician Oversight Account Management Qualifications Previous office management or administrative experience (pool industry experience a plus). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in scheduling software (experience with Skimmer is highly preferred). Customer service mindset with the ability to resolve issues quickly and professionally. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
