Avista Senior Living North Mountain in Lake Havasu, AZ is seeking a full time
BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGER.
The Business Office Manager serves as the engine that keeps our community running effectively by providing the clerical, bookkeeping, budgeting, financial reporting, human resources and accounting support to our leadership team, and to our associates and residents who call the community their home. In this role as a Business Office Manager, you will work closely with the Executive Director to create an efficient operation by assisting with the recruitment and selection of associates, maintaining accounts receivable and billing operations, processing purchase orders, setting up and maintaining all vendor files and communications, and providing support to each department in meeting their operating budget goals for the year As the Business Office Manager you will also set up and maintain all resident and employee files in accordance with regulations and policies, manage all petty cash transactions and reimbursements, be responsible for all computer systems and program operations such as AP/Payroll/Billing/Work Orders, etc., in addition to supervising the concierge and security associates on our team. This is a critical role within the community leadership team, and allows for the opportunity to create a dramatic and positive impact on our residents' ability to live an active, vibrant life! This position is FULL TIME, Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm schedule.APPLICANT MUST HAVE OFFICE EXPERIENCE.

Prefer an applicant who is familiar & has had experience with Point Click Care. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with associates at all levels and a wide range of business partners. Strong customer orientation to older adults. Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy. Ability to effectively communicate in English.Qualifications:
Experience in customer service is highly desired Previous office mangagment experience. specifically in an assisted living, healthcare setting. Strong computer skills and knowledge Previous experience managing payroll and budgets Polished and professional appearance and demeanor Upbeat and positive team player attitude Strong judgment and solutions-oriented Proactive customer service approachBenefits
