This role is important in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions and clients' cases. The ideal candidate will bring attention to detail, excellent organizational instincts, and issue-spotting and problem-solving skills. This salaried position offers an opportunity to develop your office management expertise while working in a vibrant workplace environment. Although the list below is an idea of the various tasks involved, it is by no means comprehensive. The job duties vary from week to week. The main skill required is a willingness to tackle any challenge and operate in a fluid environment. Duties Providing assistance as needed in our law firm, commercial property, and tech business. Receiving packages and mail at various locations in the downtown Phoenix area Depositing checks biweekly and processing payments Greeting potential tenants at our commercial space and providing an environment of professionalism Providing tenant support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Ensuring office supplies are stocked and available week to week Coordinating vendor support and monitoring various projects Performing data entry review and maintaining organized systems, using Microsoft Office tools Assisting with legal filings; traveling to the court to file documents as needed Supporting office management activities such as appointment scheduling, travel itineraries, and coordinating meetings Handling clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence with an attention to detail Qualifications Proven office experience with strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong proficiency in data entry, filing, and document proofreading Knowledge of office management practices and phone etiquette Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their business management career while making a meaningful impact every day.
